Women & Mental Health

A week long series of informative posts to spread awareness of specific mental health issues that affect womxn, in partnership with @the__paris__project !!🍃

We know that talking about our mental health, especially for young BIPOC women, is something we oftentimes try to avoid. We shy away from admitting we’re depressed, suffer from anxiety, or simply desire to see a therapist, due to societal and cultural pressures that invalidate our feelings and mental health.

We are going to be distilling some of these taboo subjects and bringing you some facts this week, in hopes that you become more knowledgeable about the different forms in which mental health issues can take form in our lives. We hope that the resources and information serve as a step forward to finding healthy ways to channel the feelings that are so often invalidated. We are here for you.
